    I first research the target audience, industry trends, and competition. Then, I identify the business's unique value proposition and develop a messaging strategy that resonates with the target audience. Finally, I create a content plan that aligns with the business's objectives, and more.
  • Who are the social media manager?
    You might be surprised to hear this, but Drive&CO is actually an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of Drive&CO.
  • Do you make creative post?
    Yes, I have minors in Multimedia and Visual Communication & Design, otherwise known as Graphic Design. I'm an artist by heart and designer by trade.
  • Do you create reels to?
    Yes, I create them so they can post them on all platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram reels, TikTok, Pinterest Ideas, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Do you accept custom orders ?
    Yes I do. You can request custom orders through chat.
  • What is your work process ?
    Please fill out the questionnaire, and I'll work on an action plan, which will be submitted to you within 48 hours. After that, I'll design the content. You will have access to my Trello board to track my progress, or I can keep you updated through email. When the content is completed, I'll send the file to you. I'll also help schedule the posts and provide ongoing support

    To measure the success of social media efforts, I track various metrics, such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and conversions. I use analytics tools provided by social media platforms.

    I regularly read industry publications, attend conferences and webinars, and network with other social media professionals. I also stay current with the latest updates and changes to social media algorithms and policies to ensure that the social media strategy remains effective and compliant
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
